How to register or enroll your student at Doyle Elementary
*** Note: current students are automatically registered for next year unless you moved out of our enrollment area. Only new students need to register.
We are currently enrolling for the 23-24 school (current) school year only.
Step 1: Confirm Doyle is your neighborhood school! Please check your home address HERE to see if Doyle is your neighborhood school. Who is eligible to attend Doyle Elementary:
- Students who live in our Doyle Enrollment Area - please check your home address HERE to see if Doyle is your neighborhood school.
- Students who have applied and been accepted through the Choice program
- Students new to the district, space permitting
Step 2: To register your child you will need:
- Birth certificate or Passport
- Vaccination record with all immunizations current (DTap x5, Polio x4, Hep B x3, MMR x2, Varicella x2)
- Proof of residence such as a lease agreement, mortgage statement, SDGE bill, water bill or cable bill with your name and address listed
- School Verification (most recent report card or certificate of enrollment)
- IEP *if applicable
- Record of Prior Special School Program *if applicable
- Universal form
- Enrollment form*editable form on your computer
- Home Language Survey*editable form on your computer
- Health Information Exchange*editable form on your computer
- Proof of a dental visit after age 4 Dental Form **Only required for our UTK and Kindergarten students**
- Proof of a doctor check-up after age 4 Health Checkup Requirements Medical Form **Only required for our UTK and Kindergarten students**
You are always welcome to complete the online forms and email them to the school ([email protected]) or come in to complete the packet in person.
There is no need to print any documents. Simply type the information, save as a PDF and email the documents.
For those families who want to come in-person to complete the packets, the enrollment hours are 8:30AM-12:00PM.
