How to Enroll

Is Doyle Elementary your neighborhood school? Check your home address here

If Doyle Elementary is listed as your school, come to the office to enroll your student. The following original documents are required:

1. Original Birth certificate and/or passport
2. Immunization Record (DTap x 5, Polio x 4,Hep B x3, MMR x2, Varicella x2)
3. Proof of Residency--most recent utility bill or lease agreement
4. Report card or Certificate of Enrollment from previous school
5. Most recent IEP (If applicable)
